In connection with the expansion of our international activities and the implementation of one of our largest international projects, we are looking to appoint a communicative and energetic person for the position of “Expert in/Coordinator of museum/art gallery exhibitions and events”.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and organise tasks and activities relating to the promotion of the newest exhibition at the museum – Numismatics
Plan, coordinate and report on events throughout the year
Prepare project site content, press releases and presentations
Maintain the organisation’s profile on social networks
Support and organise advertising and marketing campaigns
Maintain contact with partner organisations and external stakeholders on behalf of the organisation
Arrange the shooting of videos and photos exhibitions, events and initiatives held at the organisation
Maintain the file system of the organisation’s cultural activities, ensure all information related to the cultural activities is complete, visible and accessible
Prepare regular reports, statements and analyses on the progress and development of the organisation’s cultural activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in cultural heritage
Appropriate higher education for work in a cultural institution; the position is suitable for students at the end of their studies
Excellent organisational, business communication and correspondence skills
Very good command of written and spoken English is a must
Communication, effective teamwork, flexibility and initiative
High professional ethics, integrity and responsibility
Ability to use various pieces of office equipment
Excellent computer literacy/ability to work with electronic databases – MS Word, Excel, Internet, PowerPoint and other applications
